Active In-Home Therapy has been in business for more than 12 years. We are contracted with most of the major workers’ compensation care management companies in the nation. What this means is that if you want to work with us, we are probably already contracted with the company that will manage your home health services and therapy.

We provide skilled professional healthcare services to patients in their home. Treatment depends upon the specific injury and may include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing, social work, work conditioning, ergonomics, and other evaluations to determine when the patient may safely return to work or move on to outpatient services. We are dedicated to being part of the solution to speed up healing, provide education on future injury prevention, and emphasizing outcome-based treatment plans.

Our coverage area is continuously expanding. The current management team has been in place since November 2016. At that time, the company only covered 3 counties. Since then, we have grown to cover 20+ counties in California, including all of the San Francisco Bay Area counties and other parts of California. And we are not done! In order to avoid unnecessary delays, we will communicate with all of the different professionals on your case – your doctor, your Nurse Case Manager (NCM), your Care Coordinator, and your adjustor. We provide clear, concise, consistent, and prompt communication to all involved parties.
Our services are convenient and in-home: Let your clinician come to you—whenever and wherever it’s most convenient.
We will advocate for you. Due to our experience in this field, we know where the snags may happen, and try to be one step ahead in communicating to ensure continuity of service.
