Active In-Home Therapy has been in business for more than 12 years. We work closely with Home health partners or local Medicare Certified Home Health Agencies, providing supplemental staffing to meet their fluctuating demands. We are your trusted partners at home healthcare, so if you’re looking for home care partners, reach us!

We provide skilled professional healthcare services such as Health Partners Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, and Medical Social Work. We also have PTAs and COTAs. 

Our coverage area is continuously expanding. The current management team has been in place since November 2016. At that time, the company only covered 3 counties. Since then, we have grown to cover 16 counties in California, including all of the San Francisco Bay Area counties and other parts of California. And we are not done!   • We help you grow in new markets! With our expanded roster, you can accept patients in areas you cannot normally cover.
  • When we receive a Medicare referral, we work with our Home Health Agency Partners (you!) to ensure the patient gets their Medicare services. Since we will be working closely with you, our referrals will trust our recommendation.
