From Caregiving Roots to Therapy-Driven Growth: Our Journey with SCORE

At Active In-Home Therapy, our mission has always been clear: to bring compassionate physical, occupational, and speech therapy directly to the homes of those who need it most. What began as a caregiving passion has grown into a thriving team of therapists serving families with heart, excellence, and purpose.

This month, we’re honored to be featured by SCORE San Francisco, a nonprofit organization that offers free mentorship to small businesses. Their spotlight on our founder, Saili Gosula, shares how mentorship helped shape our growth—from restructuring the company and hiring full-time staff, to building a sustainable model that allows Saili to unplug while the business continues to thrive.

“SCORE offers experienced mentors who can help you think through whatever your current challenges are with your business. Give them a try—you won’t regret it.” — Saili Gosula

We’re deeply grateful to Jerry Wroblewski, our SCORE mentor, for his guidance and support. His insights helped us clarify our direction, strengthen our operations, and stay rooted in the values that matter most.

What This Means for Our Clients and Community

This recognition isn’t just a milestone—it’s a reflection of the care we bring into every home we serve. Whether it’s helping a patient regain mobility, communicate more clearly, or simply feel seen and supported, our work is driven by the belief that staying active improves lives.

We’re excited to continue growing, learning, and serving—with compassion, and a team that’s committed to making a difference.
